Founded in Geneva in 2019, Trio Ernest is a Franco-Swiss piano trio formed by violinist Stanislas Gosset, cellist Clément Dami and pianist Natasha Roque Alsina.
The ensemble has developed an international profile through a modern, engaged approach to chamber music, combining canonical repertoire with neglected works and a sustained commitment to programming music by women composers.
Its debut album Haydn All-Stars, released by Aparté in 2024, brought together Haydn with Brahms, Ravel and Jacqueline Fontyn and was widely praised by the international press.
The trio has appeared at major venues and festivals including Salle Cortot in Paris, BOZAR in Brussels, the Franz Liszt Hall in Geneva, the Arnold Schönberg Center in Vienna, the Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest, Flanders Festival Ghent, Swiss Chamber Music Festival and Festival Ravel.
Its 2026 album The Wonderful Adventures of Amanda Maier places the Swedish composer at the centre of a broader musical portrait connecting her to Grieg, Reinecke and the Schumanns.
